ANATOMY of a Trench Coat

U zagrljaju ljepotana boje bijele kave (cafe au lait, a bez neurofibromatoze) provodim većinu rujanskih kišnih dana.
I guštate.

♥♥♥

Embraced by beauty in color of white coffee (cafe au lait, and without neurofibromatosis), I spend most of the September rainy days. Especially when they start dripping early in the morning, I would  drink them at one gulp. I add two bags of white sugar (because you only live once), chug loudly and babble to the buttons they look like coffee beans. Ah, the trench coat, that wonderful old charmer, dropped straight from my hometown Deutsche Land and its export product called Nino Flex. Found in a dark corner of the bleak Textil House, adopted for a modest amount of  2 pounds and loved with every raindrop a bit more. I know you have your own, and I know that you love it and whisper softly to it from one season to another because, hey- what is the autumn without a raincoat?
I paired mine with an old, but new to me, flea market Hrelic dress and breathed in a bit of a post-war look. You can just round up the look with a drop of Chanel on your lips and a pair of soaked Deichmann shoes. After you enter the house and put away all the wetness on a shelf, make sure to sip another cup of a seductive beverage, pair it with a hot gingerbread and sit back in front of the old Hitchcock classic. And enjoy it. Because fall is, just like trench coats, therefore created.

  1. What an outfit you've assembled here my love! You look every bit of 50s perfection - glamorous and yet still look comfortable! You look like an old Hollywood star who's just traveling or just got off the plane. So beautifully put together!
